| Leg 1: 5K out and back (same course as 5K runners/walkers) .. |

| RULES AND INFORMATION |

| Team Captain is responsible for signing up the team. |
| |
| Team Captain is responsible for collecting the teams money for their reimbursement. |
| |
| Team Captain must input the team name in the appropriate field on the registration form. |
| |
| In the event someone can't run the other team member can run both legs, but the team is not eligible for an award. |
| |
| The cost of the relay is the same regardless if you have 1 person or 2. |
| |
| Teams can consist of any denomination of male or female. |

| Award to the top finishing team - 1 hour massage and matching Snuggies. |
